I attended 33 trainings organized by NVS at various places. Knowledge gained in these training are fully utilized in vidyalaya management, self and students development. Out of 33 trainings, 06 worked as Resource Person and 03 works as Coordinator. Training given to the teacher on the topics duties and responsibilities, stress management, Teaching Skills, Remedial Teaching, Creative Writing, Group Discussion in which I added my ideas of innovation, how to simplify the subject and make joyful teaching learning process.
As Principal in JNV Ratlam, Raigad and Solapur I shown my full interest for the development of vidyalaya infrastructure , campus, mess facility and academic atmosphere and produced good result. Hence vidyalaya strength increased in all three vidyalaya. I received appreciation certificate from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. I have also inspected Nine schools for CBSE affiliation as convener.
As Assistant Commissioner in NVS RO Chandigarh and Pune I motivated Teacher, Students and produce Good Academic Results. Working as menter for NEP-2020 in National Mission for Mentoring (NCTE) for topic Professionalism and ethics.
