Sachi has more than 18 years of experience in Education sector, teaching students and early professionals for Management Entrance Exams. She has also been actively involved in content development for UG & PG level entrance exams for LAW & Management Exams. She has worked at various leadership roles, conducted seminars, workshops, training sessions for students and teachers as well.

Her vast experience & interaction with students and teachers, has highlighted the "Lack of Clarity" among students (12th grade, graduates, post graduates) and early professionals, with respect to "What WORK ROLE Fits Best For Them". This Confusion is becasue students are not aware of their actual potential, their persoanlity, interest areas, skills & abilities, and various careers available apart from few conventional careers. This GAP in Students actual potential and the random career path choosen by them, is what has PULLED Sachi, into the field of Career Guidance.

Sachi is on a MISSION to "Empowering Students of Grade 9th and above to DISCOVER themselves  through Scientifically proven comprehensive career assessments backed by Expert Guidance, thus Discovering their Best Fit Career, followed by Handholding To WALK the selected Path".

She takes both Online sessions pan INDIA  via Zoom or Google Meet and Offline sessions from Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.
